“We looked at quite a few flooring companies and went back to Navid and Moji at Flooring Direct. He really listened to my concerns regarding the type of suitable flooring for a rental manufactured home and another two story rental. I felt that he valued me as a customer and tried to fulfill my requirements without trying to oversell me. In fact, he suggested an alternative that saved me quite a bit of money. He told me a timeline and kept it as much as was in his control. His installers were very conscientious and thorough. “We had a wonderful experience with Flooring Direct from the very beginning with Moji assisting with the selection opinions. We originally wanted the Saltillo floor tile throughout the entire house but didn’t want the occasional maintenance. Moji found a beautiful tile from Italy similar to the Saltillo but without the high maintenance. Dave came out and collected the measurements very warm friendly and very professional. Explained the entire process including the leveling that needed to be done to install in the Arizona room. He was on point with the time estimation the entire job would take. They were very flexible with our schedule with us coming from another state and wanting the job completed before the whole house truck arrived. The two gentlemen that actually did the job were very respectful of our home and did an absolutely amazing job. So sorry i can only remember Jose name. We are over the moon impressed with the work this company did and have already shared their information with others. We highly recommend them for any flooring you might be interested in having done. This was definitely worth the investment!”
