We had shopped other stores and had chosen what we thought we wanted. Moji did not have a sample of it in stock so she promptly ordered one and sent it out when the the measurement was done. “We found Flooring Direct through Google reviews and had a positive experience from the first time we walked into the store. As novices to selecting flooring and building a new house, Navid was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the different flooring options we were considering. Knowing that we wanted wood floors he steered us towards engineered hardwood, which met our aesthetic and personal desires but would also be appropriate for the dry weather here in southern Arizona. When we expressed specific interest in travertine tile, he called around to all of his suppliers and found us a beautiful option that we absolutely love. He was truly committed to getting us what we wanted and ensuring we were happy. Navid was also very patient and accommodating, storing our flooring for many months, as we worked with our contractor to gain occupancy of the house so that floor installation could begin. One lesson I’d share to other newbies is consider getting tile installed first and then do your other flooring. Our wood floor was installed first and then tile. Perhaps it was just our installer, who we did have some issues with, but the tile work proved very messy and we were not happy with the impact to our new wood floors. While installation was not without some issues, Navid addressed all our concerns and even replaced some of our floorboards. We would recommend him and Flooring Direct without any reservations.
