“Mike at Floor Depot was really great to work with. I needed a large quantity of hardwood for a new home I'm building. He was very helpful in taking me through the options, and even let me borrow some samples to see them in my space. The order delivery was a challenge due to COVID-19, and Mike went above and beyond to track my order and to do everything in his power to ensure I received the hardwood in a timely manner. Finally, I went back to Floor Depot for carpet for the bedrooms, and they had excellent customer service again for the carpet order. It's a small storefront, but they actually pack in a ton of floor samples in there, so it ended up being really efficient for me!”

“We found them on Yelp and went to their store to talk about installing laminate at our new house. The staff in the store were very polite and super informative. They explained various laminates and answered all of our questions. George himself came our house for the measurements and gave us an estimation. He explained us all of the details of what they would do and how long it would take. They were amazingly punctual. During the work, they had unexpected problems when they removed the carpet (the house had carpet in the second floor); however, they completed the job as they promised. To be able to do that, they worked longer hours then planned and we really appreciated it. George called me a couple of times to keep me posted which was so conforming for us since we had a tight schedule. I am attaching some photos for you to understand how amazing their work was. Thanks for the great job all! We definitely recommend them anyone. Just a small disappointment though. We had some remaining laminates from previous owner. The remaining laminates were absolutely not enough but we were told they would finish the remaining materials first and buy new materials only as much as needed. However, at the end of the work, we saw 90% of remaining laminates were left and unused(Like 7 boxes). We wish they used them first as we talked so we would have to buy less laminates and also we would not have to keep the remaining laminates in our garage forever. Since this does not mean that they did not do an amazing job, we are giving 5 stars.”

“I chose Floor Depot for my flooring needs for the living room, kitchen, laundry area and 2 bathrooms. Their quote was cheaper than another company. The owner George was very patient during the in-home estimate, taking his time to explain our options and clarifying the breakdown of the quote. The installers Jorge and Armando did a beautiful job, they were right on time for the installation and completed it within 2 days. The store itself had a lot of options for premium vinyl. I highly recommend them to any other customer looking for fair prices and great service.”
