“Ok... about 250sft of living room floor was damaged due to a freaky water leak. The logical path forward was to replace 1200sft of lamintes as this one continuous flooring covering living, dining, kitchen, family, laundry and vanity. Here's where Michael came to the rescue! He researched the original flooring laid about 10 yrs ago... and I kid you not, found exactly the same laminates! Phew! Delivery happened in 3 days and we were off to the races. Now contrast this with 3 other stores I had visited prior. Each one took a look at the sample and offered close matches, but NO ONE bothered to research and spend time to find the original manufacturer just based on some codes and holograms barely visible on rear of the laminate surface! This is going ABOVE AND BEYOND! I would recommend Michael and the Floor Depot in a heart beat.”

“I highly recommend this business for your hardwood floors. The folks in the showroom are very knowledgeable, and the installer team is superb. They are trustworthy, professional, and highly skilled craftsmen. I especially appreciate the level of effort they went through to get the underlayment prepared, especially considering some issues I had with a couple additions to my house over the years, and the underlayment had to be repaired and adjusted. Beautiful workmanship.”

“We are very satisfied with our experience with Floor Depot for both floor selection and installation. Out of ~7 stores we visited, customer support during selection process was the most professional: knowledgable, nice and patient (thanks, Mike!). The selection in the show room was wide and smart. We ended up ordering Brazilian Oak engineered wood floor and went with Floor Depot’s installation crew since we were looking for a convenient one-stop solution and the quote was very competitive. Ed made great suggestions during initial inspection. In particular we loved wooden flash air vents (see pictures). The crew stained them and matched the color very well. We love the new look! George and Ed stopped by our place during the installation almost every day which was very nice of them. The installation crew was very professional and very well coordinated. They adjusted their schedule to minimize impact of the installation on my elderly parents who live with us. They also kept the working area clean. They spent a lot of time checking underlayment and fixing all pre-existing problems. The same crew took care of baseboard installation and painting. Overall we are very happy with Floor Depot, it was truly worry-free experience. They are very honest people. We can not think of anything they could have done better. Will be coming back soon for re-carpeting the second floor.”

“Great flooring options and knowledgeable and helpful staff. Charlene, helped me pick the floors and was patient with my many questions and is still helping me find the best stair nose for my project. As a business they went above and beyond to successfully complete my flooring order. Edward, actually drove the floors himself and helped me place them in my home (all 17 boxes), after the delivery driver incorrectly delivered to the showroom instead of my home. Very thankful for the timely fix (matter of hours).”
