“Fantastic Floors is as the name suggests. Ashley is awesome!! Puts heart into the job and does all that she could to help! Mazz is wonderful too. We worked with Ashley and any day recommend them for any work. She has so many ideas and puts a lot of personal effort in getting the wonderful output which we are looking for. We also got our painting done through her. Gerardo and boys were wonderful and for flooring Jesus and Martin were just too quick and good. Other than waiting for the material which is so tough with the pandemic, I would suggest listen to Ashley when she says a certain material would take time, they know their job well. Overall was a great experience and would be working with them again whenever we have to!!”

“I shopped around for different companies for this job and seriously engaged 3 of them before moving forward with Fantastic Floors. The consultation and sales experience was excellent thanks to Dia's knowledge and engagement. He was able to provide useful and insightful advice that resulted in a wonderful finished product. Despite the wonderful sales experience I was still skeptical of the work itself until I saw the installers in action. Jesus was charming, communicative and efficient running his crew like a tight ship. The work was done ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. Fantastic Floors made this normally stressful experience so smooth I was suspicious until all the work was done. I am very satisfied with the work and customer service and will be looking forward to working with them again on re-doing the showers and kitchen backsplash.”

“I cannot begin to explain how amazing this company is!😍 We purchased a house, only 3 years old, in April 2021. We loved everything about it except the carpet. There was carpet in the main living area, bedrooms and, office. The rest had engineered hardwood floors (learned that from Ashley our personal sales rep). The wood that was there was severely torn up from stools and dogs tramping all over it. We were scared of the financial obligation to replace the flooring. I hesitated calling but, I'm glad I did. Ashley came out and measured for us at no charge. Then she spent time talking to us about our options. There is so much I didn't know. We had floors that were glued down by the builder. Tearing them out would be major construction, labor and cost! She let us know that we had the option of "floating". They tear out the carpet, leave the wood and level in between the rooms that needed it. She was upfront that sometimes when you take this option there are surprises and we need extra leveling based on unexpected circumstances. She was pretty close with her estimate but the installer pulled me aside and showed me where were need 3 additional bags because of the builder not leveling properly with the existing carpet. In the beginning.... She personally called the rep for our existing floors and gave him all the info we had on the engineered hard wood. We had found extra pieces in the attic. She brought over a sample and compared it and unfortunately in 3 years, they have changed it enough that it did not match. There went our hope of saving money and only replacing the carpet and the scratched parts. But wait.... there's more! Ashley asked about our budget and what our expectation were. We have a 1 year old and want more children so, durability is important to us. She reviewed material options with us. We broke it down to 2 quotes. Getting everything replaced and getting the main living area replaced and not the upstairs bedrooms. Then we discussed what material we were Interested in. She explained wood, engineered hardwood, vinyl, stone tiles, and spc luxury vinyl. (I probably got all of those names wrong.😆) After several visits to the store and Ashley's beautiful design talent, we choose flooring. Mazz, the owner, was so patient while we made the decision. It took a few visits to find what we wanted to commit to. We ended up adding on the staining of our handrail to match our cabinets so that we could choose lighter flooring. This wasn't something that broke the budget and I appreciated the offer and opinion to get us to a happy place and pick the flooring we wanted. During the installation, the installers were very professional and efficient! They did our nearly 4000 square feet of installation in 3.5 days. They were on time and professional. They did a great job working around my baby and telling me when it was going to be loud so that I could take her out on a walk. All and all, I'm so happy with our huge decision to go with Fantastic Floors! They have made this big scary purchase soooo worth it! I highly encourage everyone to call them and have them help you with all of your home reno needs. A Ps. I WILL be calling them in the near future for my counter replacements!💜💛❤ ***Our stair noses are on Back order with the manufacturer. They communicated that we will have them installed soon and I will update photos then.”

“After having a horrible experience elsewhere, we found fantastic floors and Ashley. She immediately made us feel welcomed, got a measurement done and brought us samples to see in the house. She understood me when I used french country as a flooring color, among many other vague descriptions. Ashley understood the look we wanted, gave great suggestions and worked with our budget. Originally I thought we would have to sacerfice certain things, but she made it possible. She is fantastic at her job and really cares about the customer. I cannot say enough great things about her! You are in good hands.”

“Fantastic Floors was supposed to be my due diligence "quote check" place. I had fully intended to go with another company for my kitchen remodel, but after Ashley came by the house, I never thought of that other company again. From help picking out the perfect tile, to recommendations to excellent communication, I knew I was in good hands. All of the contractors they use are top-notch, super respectful, and insanely hardworking. Their attention to detail was truly amazing. Any issues that popped up along the way, which always do with remodels, were taken care of honestly and with ease. “We just had our floors replaced by Fantastic Floors and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! Ashley (their interior designer) spent several hours with us to help us find the perfect floor for us! She is extremely kind and knowledgeable and even came to our home to give us some ideas on design! Franco and his crew did our installation and they were incredible and very gifted with their skills! They worked hard for four days and were so helpful, reliable and responsible! I looked at six flooring companies and their service was amazing! I highly recommend Fantastic Floors!!”
