“I selected Fantastic Floors from a number of competitors based on the exceptional level of customer service I received from Ashley and Mazz, but fact that they are a local business that stand behind their work. Ashley spend a good amount of time over 2-3 visits in helping us select the right flooring material, color, style, etc... She was great. The installers arrived on time, performed good work, and completed installation of about 1400 sq.ft. of vinyl wood flooring over existing tile and new baseboards in just under two days. Mazz stopped by on the first day to review progress and ensure I was satisfied with the workmanship. After installation, I noticed some baseboards needed some touching up and contacted Mazz. The issue was resolved within 48 hours. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Mazz and the staff at Fantastic Floors. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. “They are the best! I searched and got a couple of quotes for new vinyl planks floor installation. Their price is competitive and I felt a good vibe when I went to their store and met Mazz. My intuition was right. He listens what you want and very helping and patient. He is great at communicating which is very important to me, keeps his words and willing to work with you to make what you want happen. All staffs are very nice too. I ended up replacing entire floor in my condo and it looks gorgeous!! If you’re looking who to go with for the floor, look no further!”

“Getting our new vinyl flooring from Fantastic Floors was the best experience I've ever had with a remodeling project. Ashley and Mazz went above and beyond to make sure our project was done right, and Jesus and his crew worked fast and did an outstanding job. At one point they uncovered water damage from a leaking dishwasher. The very next day Ashley had a team at our house replacing the damaged drywall and wood, while Jesus' team worked around them and stayed on schedule. I cannot recommend this company enough.”
