“First off let me say that their customer service is top notch 10/10 . They were very easy and great to work with. After installation, they reached out to make sure things were done right and told us that if we had any issues to contact them. I appreciated they went that extra step to make sure we were completely satisfied. We did have a couple of things that weren't quite right after the installation of the hard floor and carpet, where they needed to come back and fix them. They were happy to come back and came with in a week of me letting them know. I would give them 4.5 stars just due to the installers. I feel like the things they had to come back and fix should have been taken care of before they put floor down...Such as sanding down floor joints so there arent humps under the floor. And when they installed the carpet upstairs, they didn't come all the way down the nosing of the stair with the carpet pad- so everytime you stepped on the edge of the stair you just felt the hard corner. We've been in our house for 3 months or so and they were still willing to come back and fix everything once we reached out to them. I recommend them for your flooring needs and have been happy with their customer service and response time.”
