“Expert Flooring has lived up to their name. From exploring options in their showroom, measuring, planning, cost estimating, and the actual installation (leveling and flooring installation), they were professional, honest, transparent, and in providing information before and during the install. We are thrilled with the quality of the final product. The only ding I have is the process to get the transitions between flooring and existing carpet installed took more time and effort than I expected, but they followed up and finished as promised. They were so over the top in what I expect of a home service provider, this "ding" lowered them to "only" five stars on my rating scale. Bottom line: top notch in product, sales, installation and communication. I would absolutely use them again.”

We really appreciated how quickly they were able to help. Randy came out to do the repair work and he was also very professional and friendly.
