“After a horrible experience with another vendor- I walked into the store and said, "I want you to wow me". Challenge accepted! Expert Floors NAILED IT! Right from the beginning our experience was just top notch. The team there had great knowledge about the products, recommendations, current trends and market, and tips. The communication at all levels was better than UPS tracking- I knew when my product was ordered, delivered, ready to be installed. Everything was up front- nothing happened without a text or phone call to me with my approval. The installation was awesome! We had both carpet and hardwood flooring done in our whole house. It was completed sooner than expected- it looks great, and feels great! I work in the service industry and we have pretty good customer service (if I do say so myself) but Expert Floors FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! I've told others and will continue to tell others.
