“We needed an engineered white oak floor made in the USA with no harmful chemicals involved. The glue to be used had to be totally environmentally friendly. After much research and many different floor shops, we picked Chris at Direct Custom Floors in Tavares. He hunted for us and found the US made white oak, he located the best safest floor adhesive, and he did it all at a fair and reasonable price. It was hard to schedule the floor installation with all the other workmen in the house. Chris however repeatedly accommodated us at every turn. The preparation, the floor leveling, and the floor install itself went totally as planned with his great crew. Our floor is really beautiful and we like it very much. Direct Custom Floors guided by Chris was the perfect choice for us.”
