“We recently had to replace most of the wood flooring in our home. We chose Direct Custom Floors based on a recomendation from our neighbor, who had their floors done by them. We could not be more pleased with everything they did! They exceeded our expectations in every way! Though they ran into a major problem in the middle of the job, they, on their own and at their cost, made it right, immediately! We would not have even known about it! Their installation people were a pleasure to have in our home, and were expert craftsmen, who took great pride in their work. Bravo to Chris and his staff! I'd highly recommend them to anyone!!!”

“Outstanding experience with Chris and his teams installing a combo carpet / engineered hardwood floor upstairs. Awful pet odor and staining form prior homeowners caused me to shop for flooring solutions. Found Chris locally who took the time to educate me a bit and express his dedication to detail and the sub contractors he uses. He came out to visit and lent me his designer’s eye in color and material choices which were in total vibe with my desires. The lead time for labor was worth the wait because they did a fantastic job installing, cleaning up and all. tight seams, smooth minimal caulk and great attention to craftsmanship. Super happy with my major upgrade over the original production builder’s cheap flooring and carpet. Feels like a new house!”

“Direct Custom Flooring did an amazing job for me. The owner, Chris Wllhauser is wonderful, and helped me choose a product that was best for me and my budget. He sat down with me and answered all of my questions. There were many option from which I had to choose, and I not feel like just another customer. Chris’s installation staff are professional and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me and make sure everything was taken care of. They were very careful with my belongings, and took care to ask me questions if they were not sure of something. When I saw the finished product, I could not believe how the floors transformed the look of my house - and I had not painted or began any further redecorating. Chris and his staff did an amazing job for me, I am very grateful.”

“Chris greeted me at the store, showed me samples, came out to measure the same day! He brought the 2 samples with him I was deciding between. We agreed on an installation date, the guys came and worked from 9am to 7pm and finished it all! Did a beautiful job with the moulding too. Highly recommend!!”
