“We shopped the big box stores as well as several independent ones before we happened upon Direct Custom Floors. From the moment we walked in, Chris made us feel right at home with a comfortable seating area to discuss our needs. He had exactly what we were looking for in waterproof vinyl plank flooring. The installers (Jose and Tony) worked well together and did a great job. We couldn't be happier with the results. The day after, I called Chris to express my gratitude and asked if we could stop by for a few extra planks. He personally delivered them to us the next day. “Chris was fantastic. We had a indoor porch with glass windows that had a spa on it. We choose a high grade commercial grade carpet for this area. No other company we contacted in the area would install carpet around the spa but Chris said he would have it done. Our installer was Bernie with over 30 years of installation experience.My husband raised the empty spa on PVC pipe and Bernie installed the carpet around the spa. In all the years we had carpet installed in homes we lived in, I can not tell you how impress I was that Bernie installed that 15 wide carpet with such amazing accuracy in our area. It looks amazing and if I ever needed carpet again or if someone came to me for a recommendation, I would definitely call Chris immediately to install the flooring. He Cares about his customers.”

“Our whole experience with Direct Custom Flooring has been great. Chris is such a nice person. The showroom is beautiful with lots to choose from. A few months later after he installed our floor we needed a few extra tiles because of another install. I called him. He had three spare tiles and gave them to us free of charge. Very grateful and relived that he had them. I highly recommend Direct Custom Flooring. We will be back!!!!”
