He takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns and he is a kind man, too. Our two flooring installers were hard workers, kind, and very respectful. They put in long days of work and were very capable and experts in their work.”

“DeSitter was helpful from start to finish. From the salespeople to the installation, our experience was mostly positive. They worked with us to get us what we wanted. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had a problem with the flooring (which wasn't their issue) and when I tried to suggest what we could do, the installation crew wouldn't do it without approval. I tried to talk to the Field Supervisor before they left but he wasn't available (although he did talk to the crew). They left and when I was able to talk to the Field Supervisor, he okayed what I asked but I got charged a $400 fee because we needed the crew to come out again. DeSitter split the fee with me but the whole issue could have been avoided if the Field Supervisor would have just talked with me before the crew left. So the experience was generally positive, but I did get charged an extra $200 for something that was easily avoidable. I wasn't happy about that.”
