“I hired Definitive Designs to install wood flooring in my newly remodeled home. Ryan and his wife Jenna (the flooring designer) came to my home and showed me various samples to choose from. I decided on a European Oak wood floor, it is gorgeous! Their prices were competitive and their materials are affordable, they definitely don’t sacrifice quality! Ryan and his team installed the wood flooring and I could not be happier with the outcome. The entire process was smooth and seamless and they left my house clean and spotless. We solicited bids from 3 companies to refinish the hardwood floors in our home, and Definitive's bid was the only one that included 3 coats of polyurethane. “I used Definitive Designs for our Mobile Childrens Boutique. From the moment that I met Ryan and his team, I felt heard, understood and had complete confidence in the work he was doing. I gave him a very rough sketch of what I was thinking and he turned it into a beautiful (and scaled) blueprint. Once he started, he sent updates and allowed me to ask questions which gave me the sense that I was truly a part of the project. I needed help in the design so his wife, Jenna, helped me pick out paint and other elements to add to our boutique.
