We were so pleased with the installation and performance of this main floor covering that when we had to replace our basement carpet, we went straight back to Cost U Less and selected a robust berber style carpet that looks fantastic. “I had been looking for days to try to find someone that could help me special order some tile that I needed. Went into several stores, no one could/would help and waited on hold for over 40 minutes at another on their "tile" line and no one ever picked up. Called Cost U Less and got ahold of Ed immediately. He was super helpful and assured me that he could help me get what I needed. Went in to their showroom today and was overwhelmed by their willingness to find the right sample that I needed to compare the color to the one I was tying to match. Ed got me what I needed and at a fair price. Incredible customer service. I will use these guys for all my flooring needs and will tell everyone I know about them. Great job gentleman!”
