“The installers - Gustavo, Eduardo, and Luis - did a great job, very efficient and conscientious. They worked very cleanly and efficiently. Unfortunately, Color Tile/Carpets Plus ordered the wrong color of carpet from what we wanted, and we didn’t see a work order before they did the install to confirm everything. We decided to just go with it instead of having to move everything again. Strongly recommend you confirm everything at every step, and insist on doing everything in writing instead of over the phone to try and prevent the same thing from happening to you.”

“Carpets Plus was great. Everyone there was extremely helpful. We did new vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire house. It was a pretty big job. The order came in fast and with a good price. We came up short and they were able to get what we needed right away. The flooring looks perfect and has held up under everything my family and dogs have thrown at it. Thank you Carpets Plus. With Covid restrictions and safety concerns I needed something for my students to sit on outside at lunchtime. The manager was so helpful and quickly set me up with what I needed He was pleasant and supportive and the carpet squares are making the world of difference for my classroom needs this year. The students love using them to eat outside in this nice weather and they help us spread out in a wonderful way. Thank you to the great team who work here.
