“The ceramic tile I ordered took a while to arrive and the carpet couldn't be installed until the tile was in. Once the tile arrived it was installed within the week and the carpet they'd been holding for me was installed the following week. All of the installers did a great job making this an enjoyable, stress free experience. Thanks for the great work!”

“We are absolutely in love with our flooring! We had CarpetsPlus do the carpet in our front room and a guest bedroom/office. We love the work so much we had the kitchen, dining room, hall and bedrooms with their plank flooring. Not only does it all look great, the installation was smooth and efficient. We worked with Ken on both projects. We live on the Dane/Rock county line and work in Madison and Ken was able to meet us at both the Janesville and Madison east store as well as at our home for our convenience. He also came out to check on the work that was done and was always available for any questions we had. Things are very chaotic right now with global supply chain issues and labor shortages and I was amazed that with both projects, we experienced no delays and the installers were topnotch professionals. No pressure as we looked at samples and once he saw what we were looking for he pulled similar samples. He was very responsive to any questions and kept us updated on the ordering and installation process. TD Flooring who they contracted to do the installation was amazing. Work was cleaned each night.
