“We have an approximately 1750 sf condo on an upper floor that we have lived in for approximately 3 years. We contracted with Carpets Plus of Wisconsin to remove all the flooring that was in the unit - carpeting, ceramic tile, and vinyl planking and replace it with new luxury vinyl planking from Cortec. Joshua Fallin worked with us over a couple of months selecting the particular flooring and color and did a wonderful job listening to what we were looking for and narrowing the field of choices. When the day came to do the installation, Dylan Zweifel and his crew - Steward and Cam - were there on time and immediately started the job. All I can say was that they were extremely meticulous in their work and corrected many issues that arose to make sure the floor they were putting the new vinyl on was perfectly prepared for an excellent finish. They really took great care and solved many problems as they arose. I would have no reservations about recommending Carpets Plus of Wisconsin and Dylan's crew for any major project of this nature. If I could I would rate them at 7 stars!!”
