Sean is a courteous salesman dedicated to customer satisfaction. From the first conversation with Carpets Galore, he took a personal interest in my request, even texting me with questions and suggestions. I had to replace a berber carpet, which had been discontinued since my purchase eleven years ago, on the first floor of my house due to flooding damage, and Sean helped me find the closest match possible. He was even willing to help me pursue the option of dyeing the stained sections of carpet, if so desired. Guillermo and Kirk were my installers. They were kind about moving a heavy plant and a couple of pieces of furniture for which I had no more temporary space downstairs; however, one of the installers broke a fastener on a speaker stand, which required the purchase of a new pair of speaker stands from Best Buy. (The installers denied breaking the piece.) Although I signed a waiver indicating that I was required to move all furniture and electronics from the area and Carpets Galore would not be responsible for any damages, Gregg, the owner, was gracious enough to reimburse me for the new speaker stands. Thank you, Gregg! There seemed to be a conflict between Guillermo and Kirk at the time of my installation. I was upstairs waiting for them to complete the job, but I heard Guillermo making a couple of impatient remarks towards Kirk, including asking Kirk to "shut up". I wondered whether the job was going well. After the installers left, I noticed multiple lines in the carpet, which appeared to be seams. According to the agreement with Carpets Galore, there would be only one seam along a back wall in the living room and dining area since my desired carpet came in a 12' roll instead of a 13.2' roll. Upon raising a complaint with Gregg, the owner, and Ely, his office manager, they sent out Alex, another manager, and Guillermo to demonstrate that the lines were creases and not seams. As Guillermo explained, the carpet had to be folded at some point for some reason, which created the creases. It would have saved unnecessary concern and escalation if the installers had just called my attention to the creases immediately and explained them on the spot. Alex assured me that if the creases remained by the end of March, Carpets Galore would replace the entire carpet downstairs. I have done a stream cleaning and a brushing of the creases, and they are almost invisible now. I'm confident they they will be gone soon. Ely was a real pleasure with whom to deal. She constantly assured me that my satisfaction was her priority and that I could contact her anytime with any concerns. The owner, Gregg, and his sales associate, Sean, have since followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction. I am so delighted with their service!

By far the the best of the three companies I contacted for an estimate. Steven was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Carpet installed in two bedrooms by Chris and he did a great job. Fair price and I would recommend.

Used carpets galore to get our floors switching from tile to LVP. We were connected to them through Costco. We’re very happy with them. Very professional from working with Chris to demo and installation. The work was completed in 3 days. We’re very happy with our new floors.

Greg and Oscar took care of me on a very short notice after Lowe's messed up my carpet order, they sent Omar and Jose out and they did a phenomenal job putting my carpet in, I couldn't be any happier with their work

The installers were on time; very professional; worked lock step; moved furniture; cleaned up behind themselves; were fast and proficient. Most satisfied with Carpet Galore staff and installers and would highly recommend using this company.

This is a 5-star review that easily could have turned into a 1 star review and potential legal complications were it not for the amazing experience I had with the owner, Gregg Fishman at Carpets Galore. When we first opened out office we didn't use Carpets Galor, we went cheap. We bought cheap carpet and hired cheap labor to install it. Our mistake, and we owned up to it. The original carpet was never installed right, and in 3 short months, totally destroyed. Again, Carpets Galore was not yet known to us. We went to Carpets Galore to get new carpet, and after finding what we thought was the best carpet, we pulled the trigger. It was beautiful carpet, it was installed perfectly, but unfortunately the carpet didn't stand up to the manufacturer "stain resistant" promise. Within a month, in an office with minimal INDOOR foot traffic, the carpet was incredibly stained, and even a professional cleaning didn't fix it. Unforunately, the rep at Carpets Galore made some promises that sadly were part of a sales pitch, and unfortunately, we believed them. In all, this is the ONLY negative thing I can say about Carpets Galore. After talking to the owner, Gregg, we went through filing a claim and I wont' go into detail, the claim was denied because the inspector worked for the manufacturer. So, Gregg offered to replace the carpet, at-cost, which he did. Within 2 weeks we had new carpet, but unfortunately, this carpet was defective in another way. It began to fray and split randomly, and withing a week, you could see concrete between seams, and even in places without a seam. This time, Gregg went one step futher. He replaced the carper with a MUCH better quality carpet, and he did it at no-charge. Funny enough, the manufacturer on this carpet didn't even argue about the claim, and obviously knew their carpet was horrible. Two days ago, Carpets Galore finished installing our new, and hopefully last carpet, and it looks amazing! Perfect color, install, and no frays, no splits, and I couldn't be happier. It was refreshing to see a company stand up to their word, do the right thing, and fix the issue multiple times. I would recommend Carpets Galore highly.
