“Last year (2020), during Christmas, I did not notice that my dog had peed on my brand new carpet that Carpet Galore had only put in over summer. With all the hustle and bustle of family members coming to visit, I didn't even see the stain till the end of the day. I tried to get the stain out to no avail. Fast forward to June 2021, I reached out to Carpets Galore for their assistance (seeing they were recommended to us via Costco). From the moment I called them, they were able to assist me with not just inquiring with Costco directly to see what our warranty was, but also a timeline as to when they would be available to come by and replace the carpet. I am very thankful for such professionalism, and the thorough communication that I received from Carpets Galore! Thank you guys! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of great carpet and a smooth customer service experience!”
