“looking for new carpet in the Vegas valley can be challenging and overwhelming as there is plenty of companies to choose from! I decided to start off my flooring search with Carpets Galore based on other peoples positive reviews and experiences. let me start off with saying this.... if you need new carpet or floors don't go to Lowes or Depot for it. Please support small local businesses like these and keep our local Vegas economy going strong. Big Blue and Orange have plenty of money and will keep doing fine without your money not to mention the variety at those stores is nothing close to the selections you will have a carpets galore. now that my PSA is out of the way lets talk about my personal experience. a quick phone call and the wheel of fate dealt me Greg Burgard as my flooring sales person. Greg came to my home a few days later and measured the whole house in just a few minutes (step1). next day I went down to the showroom to meet with Greg again, not too far from the STRAT casino to pick out my future carpet (step 2). I spent almost four hours in the showroom looking at hundreds of samples and with the help of Greg and a little knowledge from Oscar the installation manager I went from about six samples down to 1 and learned all about carpet in the process! it was actually kind of fun to learn all about the differences in carpets and how the quality can vary so much. we agreed on a price that was well in my budget and I felt the price I paid for the carpet and installation was more than reasonable. I had such a wonderful experience with the carpet buying process I actually went back a week later before my installation and picked out a new hard surface flooring for the living room as well. this was a completely different project that I didnt really need to do but Greg and Carpets Galore made it fit well within my budget and I saved some money on the carpet job so I went ahead with the hard surface floors also. (step3) the installation process happened about a week after I special ordered my carpet, they do have carpets in stock by the way and the drop hard flooring I picked they had in stock. it took 2 days and an amazing guy with 20+ years of experience to do a 1500sqft house and he did it all by himself! (crazy, considering the weight of those rolls of carpet). I wish I remembered his name but this guy was great. he did an exceptional job and Carpets Galore should be proud to have installers who are so experienced and do amazing exceptional work. I had no issues with my installation of carpet or drop flooring and everything looked great upon completion. I would recommend Carpets Galore to anyone that needs quality flooring options and I would absolutely recommend Greg be the person who helps you along the way. im sure my floors and carpet will last me many years to come but hope I have a reason to see these guys again down at the showroom in the near future! you guys were great and I appreciate everything! thank you”

“Tried Home Depot first for my carpet. After waiting a week and a half for someone to come out and measure they couldn't give me an exact day when I could get my carpet installed. They said maybe about 2 more weeks. So I went to Carpets Galore and they showed me a product I liked, measured my house an hour and a half later, and installed it a couple days later. They did a great job and it wasn't a hassle like home depot was. The prices were great too! Jaime was great!”

“Well it's been about a month and I Love my new carpet! Really easy going office and sales. Got all of the work done for half the price quoted to me by Lowes, and they have "free install". I got financed by the same bank, synchrony, that Lowes couldnt get me enough financing for. 100% would recommend them to everyone! Rip out and install all done in 2 days on about 1400 sqft plus 15 stairs, a landing and 3 special wrap stairs, done by 2 guys. Install done by Floors by Aldaba.”
