“I had a cracked pipe that flooded my entire house and needed to have it rectified immediately. Being the first time having to deal with this issue, I was unsure the process. All my adjuster told me to do was find a flooring company to get a quote. I went to two different places and was not pleased with the selection of flooring. I stopped into Carpet Yard and was greeted immediately by CJ. I explained my situation to him and let him know that I needed something immediately. He had me choose a few options and delivered them to my house within the hour and measured the space. He had the quote for me by the end of the day and had the install scheduled a day later. It was the easiest most efficient customer service I’ve ever experienced. It didn’t end there. When his guys showed up for the install they were friendly, professional and fast. We left the house for a few hours when we came back the floors were stunning! Not only did the guys clean up, they wiped the floors down so there was no dust. I would HIGHLY recommend this business. 5 stars!”

He helped me pick out the carpet and get into my Escape. And when I got it home and found a tiny mark on it he personally came to my home and cleaned it. That is AMAZING customer service. “I worked with Justin last year when I ordered hardwood floors (I absolutely love them). I recently decided to install vinyl flooring in my basement and reached out to Justin again. He helped me select a floor that would work with my hardwoods, since the rooms are both visible through a connecting staircase. He also helped me chose carpet for the space and coordinated so hardwoods could be installed in another hallway to match our original hardwood project. We also replaced the floor molding and it looks amazing. Justin was patient throughout the process and coordinated the deliveries and installation of all our projects. The vinyl installation team showed up on time and did a fabulous job. Dennis checked in with me various times to ask questions pertaining to the project. He was diligent and I was grateful he was so communicative about the process. I love the floors. The carpet was installed on the stairway today. Another fabulous job. The installation went smoothly and the carpet looks fabulous. Thank you to Justin and the incredible team at Carpet Yard!”

“I was referred to Carpet Yard during my search to replace my floors on my main floor. I had many questions about which type of floor would be ideal considering the living space incorporated a kitchen, two exterior doors, teens and a dog. I love the look of real hardwood but had questions about durability, water resistance etc. I am new to the process and found the options to be overwhelming, vinyl, hardwood, engineered wood, varying levels of thickness, red and white oaks , maple, plank width, variations in pattern, matte… I visited many places during my search. I spoke with many salespeople but always ended up checking in with Justin at Carpet Yard when I had more questions or needed an explanation as to varying choices, materials and brands, It must have been over a month before I actually ordered the floors. Justin answered all of my calls and questions and checked in with me. He offered to bring and pick up boards when I was in a time crunch and made the process so seamless. I even recommended him to my employer based on the experience I had. I would absolutely use Carpet Yard again. My floor was just delivered and will be installed soon. I can’t wait to see the finished results. I only wish every vendor I needed for my remodel had the patience, knowledge and dedication that Justin showed.
