“As new homeowners in the Freehold area, we were bombarded with coupons and offers from many merchants, but our realtor recommended Justin at Carpet Yard. I found Justin to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He makes you feel like a valued customer, listens carefully and understands exactly the look you want to achieve in your home. He knows that a happy customer will ultimately be a repeat customer. That is certainly our experience. We recently placed our third order with Justin. It is truly a pleasure doing business with Justin at Carpet Yard. From Day 1 (literally the day after we closed), Justin demonstrated a desire to go above and beyond to help with a carpet problem in our new house. While other merchants might have said I had to pick out a carpet first, Justin was very responsive and solved the issue by 8 am the very next day. That very first interaction proved to me that Justin delivers on his promise. I was very grateful and went that same afternoon to shop for carpeting at Carpet Yard. With no pressure, he encouraged me to take home several carpet samples to coordinate with the paint. Justin has a wonderful ability to get a sense of your taste and lifestyle and suggest carpeting well-suited to the home. My husband, who has no patience for shopping, was very pleased when I returned home with a narrower set of carpet samples from which to choose. I found that Carpet Yard's prices were very competitive (actually lower than a popular chain store where I had shopped before moving to the area). We were very pleased with our purchases and everything was delivered in a timely manner. I also should add that the installer Justin sent did an outstanding job. I was very happy that Justin accommodated my request to use the same installer for all my subsequent Carpet Yard purchases. I highly recommend working with Justin at Carpet Yard for all of your flooring needs.”

“We can not say enough about Carpet Yard. From the moment CJ came out to measure to install. An excellent experience . The installers arrived at the time promised. They were very polite, moved our furniture with care, pulled up the existing flooring, cleaned up and removed all trash. We were so surprised at how quickly the floor was completed. All furniture was returned to its proper place with out incident all old flooring was taken with them. All we were left with was a beautiful floor.”
