“We do not usually post reviews , but we were so pleased with the service and installation we had to share our experience. We entered the store and was greeted by CJ and we explained to him we needed to replace our flooring and unsure of what we wanted. CJ explained to us the differences and helped us choose some samples to take home. CJ came to our home to take measurements and explained in detail what to expect during installation. The installers were very professional and efficient. Once the old floors were removed in the living room area we found a problem with the plywood. CJ came to our home and accessed the issue, worked with the installers and completed the installation. We are so happy with our new flooring ! They deserve ten stars ⭐️ Denise and Mike Trojanowski”

Justin was beyond patient and helpful throughout the entire process and his level of responsiveness and customer service is how all businesses should be.
