“We went into Carpet Planet late afternoon on December 26 thinking we knew exactly what we wanted as far as a pattern/style of carpet. The salesperson --Amy asked us if we needed help, but we thought we could find what we needed on our own…we were wrong! After becoming a little overwhelmed with all the choices, we asked Amy for some suggestions. Amy was absolutely great. Once we described what we wanted and the colors we had in the room, she picked out about 4 to choose from that we loved. Amy let us borrow the samples and we made our decision that afternoon. Once the carpet arrived, she let us know, we set up the appointment for installation. Amy was in communication with me all the time. Telling me when it arrived, making the appointment, reminding me of the appointment, and then after the installation she gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. It was very helpful and I definitely appreciated the call after the installation—that definitely made me realize she really cared that everything went ok. The installation crew did a great job. They were very efficient and cleaned up perfectly after the installation and also asked me if everything was ok and wanted to make sure I was happy. They did a great job with the installation, you cannot see the seam at all. It looks great, we love the new carpet. When it is time to do some of the other rooms in the house, I look forward to working with Carpet Planet again.”
