“When we took over our house in Colorado Springs from renters, we were told by our son to go to local businesses and support them. Well we did not listen and we went to Lowe’s and Home Depot to get estimated cost. The dollar amount and length of time to get installed was frustrating. We even tried Empire, but they did not even measure the correct areas. We remember looking at a flyer that had Carpet Planet in it, so we thought we would try it out. We are not good in directions but we finally made it there. When we walked in the staff was amazing and very assisting. We were introduced to Andrew and he immediately made us feel at home and we even went to the warehouse to see the different styles of flooring that were on sale. My wife’s first question was “when can it be installed”. Andrew came back “within a couple of days.” We were amazed and could not believe it from what we were told from other businesses. Andrew was over that afternoon to measure and we were surprised that he had a tape measure instead of a laser ruler. With everything measured it was nice looking in the warehouse at all of the carpet in stock and looking at Rolls instead of just a 3” X 3” piece of carpet. That was on aThursday and on Saturday they installed the flooring and Monday they installed the carpet. The installers were very professional and there was no mess to clean up for us when they were done. They worked very long hours and we were so very pleased. Magnificent job by the installers and everyone at Carpet Planet. The owners and everyone that works at Carpet Planet are superb and kindness beyond belief.”

“I had a fancy movie room done by Carpet Planet. What I really loved about these guys is they used carpet padding I already had that was near new and premium memory foam. Other places like Home Depot or Carpet World said I had to buy new pad with an additional cost around $600. Carpet World wouldn't event take my old carpet because I already ripped it up saying it had to be rolled a specific way.. geez! Long story short.. so glad for the service Carpet Planet provided.”
