If you want new carpet, this is the place to go! UPDATE February 9, 2022: Had more new carpet installed for the basement this time; again great price and great install! Highly recommend. Thank you Lorraine for helping out in the store. For what it's worth I like how they don't play around with sales like the other carpet places. You just know you're getting the best price and I like how the invoice clearly lays each part out from the carpet cost to the install, tear out, furniture moving around, etc. :) Update April 2022: Dropped a few stars. Emails typically never get responded too. Had vinyl floor installed by a new crew but it's on an uneven surface and wasn't told anything about that; now it smacks the subfloor and there is also a piece that was scratched deeply.”
