“We worked with Kim. She was friendly and knowledgeable, which was extra helpful since we never bought wall to wall carpeting before. She was patient about explaining our options and helped us choose from in stock options for faster install. We felt we got a very good price for the quality. ETA: a year later, we got water in our basement from a freak storm and this new carpet was soaked. I called the store just to ask for advice but the owner came right out and offered his help! He said we could dry out the carpet and just replace the damaged padding. His team helped us pull back the trickier spots. They brought fans and a dehumidifier! Today, the team was here to reinstall and you can’t tell anything was ever wrong. Here is someone who could have sold us a new carpet! We are thrilled with the honest service and fair prices. Highly recommend.”
