“The sales person was very nice and answered all of my questions very patient and responsive. The showroom had many options and samples to choose from. Was able to see more options that was showed during my appointment. However, installation was fair. The guys that showed up looked sketchy. They got right to work, cleaned up after the job. I went around each room to look and make sure there were no issues with the carpet. I noticed a few things and pointed it out and they corrected it. I still feel like it could’ve been more neater, no carpet shreds coming up and laid down tighter. This carpet was good quality and wasn’t cheap. I really loved the quality of the carpet. Unfortunately this part of the process didn’t turn out great. As I stated it was fair. I had a great experience during my appointment and in the showroom but I didn’t have the same experience during the installation process. Otherwise, I would have given them five stars.”

“I have shopped with your company twice. Each time Jeffiner came to my home. She showed me a large variety of choices in many price ranges. I made my choice from a higher end because I have a lot of dog traffic. It was installed in a few days by two professional gentlemen. I was impressed when they took pictures of the furniture arrangement so that everything was installed just the way it had been. My second purchase was when I was selling my house. I choose a medium grade because I was not accounting for dogs, When I was moving into my mother-in-law suite the builder sent me to a large box store to choose my carpet. That was a little over a year ago and already it shows signs of wear. In a short time my daughter will be looking for vinyl flooring. She will be looking for good quality because she has a large dog. Of course, you know where I will be sending her. There is no place to shop but Floor Coverings International.”

“What an amazing experience. Jennifer came to the house with loads of samples, and explained everything. 2 weeks later 4 installers arrived. 4 hours later, job complete!! They didn’t leave a speck of dust. Moved my antique table and piano without difficulty. Will definitely use again and will tell anyone that needs flooring to contact them!”
