“I used Floor Coverings International Cherry Hill on two different occasions; first needed entire basement floor tiled and kitchen floor replaced with new flooring. The second time was to have carpets removed in living/dining/hallway and replaced with wood flooring. Each time Jennifer came to our house with samples. The employees who did both jobs were respectful and left the rooms in perfect condition. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs.”

She is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our wants and needs and helped us pick out a carpet that was a perfect fit. “We are really so impressed with the work they do at Floor Coverings International in cherry hill! We’ve had nearly our entire house done at this point — first with LVP flooring in our downstairs, then with carpeting in our whole upstairs. Every experience has been 10/10, everyone is so kind & helpful. Even when receiving our estimates, at no point did it feel like a pushy sell. Pricing was very reasonable and Kim was super transparent with the costs when she completed our estimate. On the day of, they were respectful of our home, showed up right on time, and got the job done in just a day. The final touch that turned it into 11/10 service was when we discovered a spare piece of carpet in our bedroom, in the shape of a cat!!! We have 3 cats in our home, all of which were locked away in a separate room for the day, and Abel constructed this little surprise for us (and them) — it was such a special little touch. We won’t have anymore flooring needs for a long time, but would recommend this team to anyone who does!!”
