“Both Ryan and Doug were so wonderful to work with. Ryan communicated with us, from the store, every step of the way and was super helpful in selecting our flooring. Then Doug was such a trooper during an install with lots of people at home and a brand new baby. He was so considerate of noise and thorough out the install would check in with us as he had questions. Doug did a great job of problem solving for a tricky threshold and we appreciated his patience as we debated our options. Ultimately we’re so happy with our new floors and had a fantastic experience with everyone we encountered at Carpet Mill. We highly recommend them.”

“We had a red oak floor installed in late May. It looks very good. We’re very pleased. The son and father crew were very pleasant, and respectful of being in our home. Installation was somewhat noisy due to the staple gun and compressor, but it was a small price to pay for the beautiful new floor. One star is subtracted for the too-optimistic estimate by the store sales associate for how long the job would take.”
