“Carpet Mill earns 5 stars for their customer service and quick response to solving a problem. Our carpet install had a seam issue. Upon contacting Jean-Luc, he responded promptly and was quick to make it right. The seam was re-done, is now perfect, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The installers also get two thumbs up; they were very pleasant and courteous both times they were at the house.”
