“I can't say enough positive things about Jean-Luc Maynard and the installation crew at Carpet Mill. Jean-Luc knows his products and has an eye for interior design. I'm so glad I trusted his judgment about the vinyl plank flooring we chose for the entire first floor of our home. The thought of vinyl in lieu of hardwood was scary, but just as Jean-Luc promised, his suggested vinyl planks are high quality and look terrific. He was also able to match some existing carpet on the second floor; carpeting that other carpeting businesses I visited dismissed with a shrug and a "try Home Depot". Beyond that, the installation crew was incredible. They take enormous pride in their work and truly went above and beyond to do a professional job. The demolition of the old flooring, and the resulting clean-up, turned out to be a nightmare, but not once was there a complaint. The three installers were the most positive, hard-working, and responsible crew of workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. And, no, I'm not related to nor do I have any connection to anyone at Carpet Mill. I'm just a really happy customer.”

“We have used the Carpet Mill in Lebanon several times. They have always gone above and beyond any other store we've ever dealt with. Once we had ordered carpet from that big box store...H.D. Our house was going on the market and at the last minute H.D. tells us they are unable to get our carpet! Our house was due to be listed in less than a week. We went to Carpet Mill and they not only got us our carpet installed in time, they price matched H.D. and Carpet Mill's carpet was a better quality! Another time we needed accent tiles which we couldn't find anywhere. Carpet Mill worked with the manufacturer so we could finish our project! We have nothing but high praise for them! Their staff is wonderful and they are willing to do anything to make their customers happy. We have recommended them to anyone asking about flooring.”
