“I had a wonderful experience using Carpet Concepts. Lorrie Pike was incredibly helpful to me in picking out soft, plushy carpet for my living room, dining room, and stairs. I hadn't purchased carpet in 27 years and Lorrie made the experience exciting and fun. I was able to bring home lots of samples and Chuck measured perfectly. The installers were kind and professional and I would highly recommend this place to all of my family and friends. On installation day, the guys showed up right on time, worked like crazy even in the heat, and got our bedrooms done perfectly in record time. The carpet looks great – we love the color and texture. We were so pleased with the value that we also had the nursery room carpeted at the same time. Our installer, Steve, was on-time, worked efficiently and cleaned up behind himself in such a manner that we didn't feel the need to vacuum or clean after he had left.
