“12/8/2022. Final Update. Thanks to Rachel all issues resolved and I'm very happy with the final product! She bent over backwards and was very understanding and definitely took the time to make sure all worked out. Thank you, Rachel and Capitol. 8/24 Update: one of the managers, (Colleen?) called within days. We discussed all the issues and assured me they will make sure my issues and concerns will be addressed and corrected one way or another. The service dept called the same time to set up an appt to steam and will be coming on 8/25. I'm happy with the response, so far. I'm sorry I had to give them a bad review to finally get a decent response. That's not my style, and I don't think it's their M. O. either Everything was great until the installation. I purchased window treatments for 3 windows. Two were a Hunter Douglas product. Two are silk and were hung wrinkled. I waited 10 days to see if the wrinkles hung out.they did not. Also the header or valance was not as expected. The man who installed them said no big deal just steam it, just be careful not to get them wet! I should steam them? $1,000/ window and I should get on a ladder and steam them? They told me that the sales person who.handles window treatments is going to call. I called and spoke to the manager Nick and the Service Mgr Zack. I wrote several emails and I even stopped into the store. This has been going on for months. Enough is enough! No more Mrs nice guy. I would NEVER purchase from them again. I would expect this from a big box store not from a family owned business that prides itself on its service! So disappointed”

“Our overall experience was outstanding. We wanted an area rug, but couldn't find anything we liked. We knew we could choose carpet and have it cut and bound. Capitol Carpet has a huge selection. Our sales person, Barbie, was very helpful and we took home samples. Everyone in the store was very helpful and there was no pressure. We chose a beautiful carpet and they made it the exact size we needed and bound it perfectly. We needed a pad under the carpet. When we couldn't get it to fit right on our own, Nick took the time to come to our house and made it look perfect! After our great experience with Capitol Carpet & Tile, we wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Our experience with Capitol Carpet was excellent. We shopped several different stores looking for an area rug and were not happy with the findings. By chance, we stopped in the Boynton Beach store and spoke with Barbie. She helped us with different samples and explained that they would cut the carpet to the exact size we needed. We found the right carpet and it's perfect. We also needed a pad, which was a little large for the carpet. Nick came to our house, trimmed the pad to the correct size and helped us place everything exactly where we wanted it. First class service, first class product, and very happy with the end result.”
