“Selecting &Purchasing process went fairly smoothly. Wait time for delivery & installation long & wasn't notified. Had to make f/u call. Installation great except reached a snag when installer didn't know how to program a Hunter Douglas remote. On the phone with a difficult to reach HD tech who seemed somewhat condescending. Finally corrected in over 30 minutes of telephone time. All in all I WOULD recommend Capital Carpet.”
