Erin took the time to walk me through the showroom, go over the various flooring options. I selected an LVP flooring and I’m completely pleased with it. I had such a great experience that I contacted Erin for area rugs as well, they really do it all! Erin found me a great deal on a carpet piece that could be made into various rug sizes as I needed runners as well. Erin guided me through the binding process as well as provided details of delivery. The showroom has floor displays that make it easy to select products. Carrie provided me with prices and samples while I was at the store and then emailed me detailed proposals for the two products I liked. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended!”
