“I had a great experience at Bougainville Flooring. I worked with Carrie and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to really understand my needs and help me find what I needed. I was shopping in the remnant section and there were so many options available. Once I decided on my carpet the time I had to wait for my carpets to be binded was minimal. It was actually ready days before it was supposed to be. Pick up was also super easy. Everyone I encountered at the store was very friendly, helpful and appeared happy to be there. I definitely recommend this store and Carrie!”

Ty was first to assist us and Mikala did a wonderful job gathering, packing and loading our order. It was a pleasure working with both gentlemen.
