Following that, the estimate was very informative and allowed me to have a say in the smallest of details of my floors. “I called American Dream Flooring and Tile Cregg Came out to do an in home estimate on the weekend. He gave me a price before he left my home. He was not the cheapest price but he was not highest either. I accepted his bid and got on his schedule. Jamie in his office was great with communications throughout the process. the crew showed up on the scheduled day and my floors were transformed. I couldn't be happier with this company and have already recommended them to a coworker. If i could have given the 6 stars i would have. Mike Since my last review. I had my whole house done. Kitchen and bathrooms LVT the rest of the house with LVP !!! I could not be happier !! All of the folks who came out were respectful and courteous. From Cregg though all. Top notch outfit !!! Things were done quickly. I had some hidden damage to my subfloors that they remedied. I have nothing but PRAISE for the American Dream Flooring Team !!! I had a problem with the product I chose come to find out so did every one else who ordered this product. When I called to have it looked at I was treated with genuine concern. American Dream sells and installs flooring, they do not manufacture it. However after visiting my problem floors . American Dream came through fought with the manufacturer and replaced everything. My opinion is you grade a company on how they handle a bad situation and American Dream Flooring did right by me !!! 5 stars. Again beyond my expectations !!! Thank you”

“We were looking for low VOC hardwoods for our bedroom. American Dream Flooring and Tile was the only company willing to install and use a stain and varnish that we provided. They did a fantastic job!”

“It is not often that we are blown away by a service company, but we cannot say enough good things about American Dream! Customer Service was outstanding and never once did they drop the ball on any of our requests. The Project Consultant assigned to us was very professional and knowledgeable, covering all options and walking us thru the entire process. On the day of the installation, we had 3 men arrive on time, very polite, took the time to address any questions we had, treated the job as if it was being performed for them. They were so careful with moving our furniture, laying down the floor, nailing down the quarter round and filling in nail marks. Best of all they cleaned up before leaving and finished the job in record time! We will certainly be using American Dream on future projects!”
