Our property suffered flood damages due to a plumbing issue that caused up so to have to replace flooring in multiple rooms/closets. We obtained estimates from 3 different companies and determined the estimate from American Dream Flooring and Tile was the most accurate and fairly priced. Everything from obtaining the initial estimate, scheduling the repairs, and completing the installation went as smooth as could be. The installers were nothing but courteous and professional, completing the full installation in ONE day! Can't thank Rick and his team enough for our beautiful new floors!

From start to finish - 5 stars! John, the sales rep came out for the estimate and kindly and patiently answered all my questions. He explained everything in great detail and made it super easy for me to understand. He brought in multiple choices of materials and explained the benefits and potential challenges of each way I could go. He was always available via phone and even helped continue to modify my quote for the best price for my budget. Tina, who took care of the invoice and scheduling, was great at communication and patient as I had to mail my insurance check to my mortgage company and wait for it to be returned. Jenny, unsure of her exact role, felt like my personalized consultant and checked in on me each day to let me know when the guys would arrive and when they were finished. She was readily available to answer any questions or concerns and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. And finally, Margarito and his two helpers did such a fantastic and QUICK job. I had glue down hardwoods removed and replaced with LVP on the first floor, new carpet on the stairs, carpet removed and replaced with LVP on the second floor (2BR incl. closets), as well as LVT in the guest bathroom. They were professional, clean, and considerate of my belonging. All of that hard work took only TWO DAYS and looks absolutely amazing. Total upgrade! I really cannot recommend American Dream enough and I am so beyond thrilled to have found them.

My experience with American Dream Flooring and Tile was not a positive one. Three stars are for friendly staff and the lifetime warranty guarantee, which I was told is still applicable despite the damages. Yes, the staff is all friendly but the cost to refinish approx 1245 sq. Ft (including 14 stairs) was double other quotes I had gotten. But I chose ADFT because I expected a 5-star experience, or close to one, based on what is advertised as "5 Star Service", "Best Price Gaurantee", among other reasons. My floors, windows, and risers were all left damaged by the ADFT "team", aka sub-contractors they hire to come in and get out. Make sure to read the terms and conditions well as they state any damages are not the responsibility of ADFT, and they pass it off to their subs insurance company, who as everyone knows insurance companies are such a joy to deal with. Vs. the hired company just fixing things, which I was told they (ADFT staff) would do from the beginning. Two weeks after the initial damage was documented with ADFT, I was being reassured they would fix things still, and they even had one of their painters come in to give them a quote to fix some things, an insurance claim was suddenly filed. It was then I was told the quote they (ADFT) had gotten was higher than they expected, and therefore they were filing a claim with the sub-contractors insurance company. Was given the "per our terms and conditions" response when I asked why this was happening now when all along, they set my expectation they would take care of things. It's important to note that a lot of damages (gouges on stairs and risers, on corners of walls and doorframes, etc.) were obvious and completely missed when I did my "final walk through" with the project manager/sales rep. I had to point out most things, which were in plain sight, vs the ADFT employee being proactive. After a lot of back and forth, 2+ months post-project, with ADFT staff and the subs insurance company, they (ADFT) finally agree to allow the sub-contractor first right to hire someone to fix the damages to my satisfaction. Which he (the Sub-Contractor) had been pushing for in the first place. I was fine with that, as long as he fixed things up to my standard. By this time, 3+ months post project completion, ADFT would check in occasionally, which was nice of them, but it pretty much felt like they had wiped their hands of the issue. I was responsible for coordinating everything, following up with who needed to be followed up with, in order the get everything fixed. The floors themselves ultimately looked very nice, aside from the documented damages to other things. The man who ended up fixing everything well above my satisfaction (and I am OCD), is named Victor Lopez. He was the Sub-Contractor hired by ADFT. He has been doing flooring for 20 years and apologized profusely for the damages his team that week, not him, had caused. But he knew it was a reflection of him and he took responsibility and had everything fixed out of his own pocket. I do not feel like ADFT did this. I thank the staff for the things they did help with, but as their business that I hired, I just expected them to handle things. I would highly recommend Victor Lopez to anyone. I would not feel comfortable recommending ADFT. EDIT 11/23/22: In response to the owner. I appreciate your response, and understand that contractual services were terminated with your sub-contractor after this project. However the sub-contractor, Victor, is the one who was most proactive in taking responsibility and fixing all damages well above my expectations. The ADFT "team" did not fix anything, provide the results needed, or take responsibility as the business that was hired, and that is why I was disappointed. Victor Lopez provided me the results needed, not the ADFT team. I expected the business (ADFT) that was hired and paid a lot of money to accept responsibility and assist with fixing any mistakes, which did not occur. I would recommend to ADFT to please manage customer expectations correctly in the future.
