“We hired American Dream to rip out old flooring and replace with a combination of LVP, tile, and carpet. They guided me through a great selection process ("Here is what is in stock and easy to get." "This is comparable in look and price and better with kids because...", etc.). I didn't feel like I was working with a sales person - I was working with a knowledgeable person in the industry (Cregg, specifically) who helped ensure I got exactly what I wanted AND needed. The process was definitely not perfect. Our schedule was altered due to the manufacturer sending an incorrect box of tile, my washer machine got scratched when it was moved, etc. But, what was perfect was American Dream's service. They handled each issue as if it were their own and followed up EVERY day after services were performed. We will definitely do work with them in the future!”
