“From start to finish a very positive experience. Pricing was fair so we didn't need to take a chance with a competitor. After all in 2020 they did a great job in our basement. Zachary was helpful making our carpet selection easy. Roy did a great job with the measuring of the 3 bedrooms and prompt estimate . But where All Surface shined was the installation. “Thank you to All Surfacing Flooring for helping me make a huge update in my home. We had Alex complete two different rooms of tile and an additional space with LVT. The carpet crew also did an awesome job with a very tidy removal of some gross old carpet and beautiful job replacing carpet in 3 rooms and a staircase. Every person on the team was kind and nice and respectful of our busy house moving around their work. And Bruce did a wonderful job coordinating it all. “Absolutely love our flooring and the customer service from All Surface Flooring. After having LVP installed throughout our new build we had a difficult time getting it to feel clean...new construction is a mess! Cody made a special trip to our home, brought some professional cleaner, gave us a demo, and thorough directions on how to maintain our new floors. He went above and beyond! Fast forward a year and a half later...a few boards had shifted and needed to be tapped back into place...a minor repair. An installer/repairman came out (I didn't catch his name) and took care of the problem. He was extremely professional and happily took care of the minor issue. When I asked if he could show us how to fix this ourselves if it ever happened again, his response was "Call us if it ever happens again. Although it is an easy fix, you have lifetime warranty on the flooring and I will come out and take care of it. No need to do it yourself. This is part of our service." I could not be more pleased!”
