Roy and Bruce helped us select from the many options in the showroom and never pressured us until we were ready to purchase. Alex did an excellent job with installation as well as Jake. “Selected this local store based on strength of reviews, proximity and available stock. Everyone was so nice to work with, Bruce was especially helpful during the measurements and they allowed us to keep the samples for an extended period of time while we kept trying to decide what would work. While there was a breakdown in the communication for installation dates, we worked things out and the team of Sam and Mike were EXCELLENT to work with--explaining things well, extremely detailed and focused in their work and thoroughly cleaning up each evening and restoring order so that we could continue functioning in the home each evening. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. I especially appreciate the attention paid to preserving my glass tiled wall during the installation. Very satisfied with the work in our basement as well as kitchen!”

“We are completely satisfied with All Surface Flooring. Everyone was just a delight to work with, Alex especially made sure that no detail went unnoticed so that we were left with a perfect floor and baseboards. Brad and Dale worked on the baseboards and we just awesome people as well. After the initial install I did notice a few issues and Bruce did not hesitate to come over to take a look and made sure there were no concerns. Everyone was incredibly professional and understanding. Seriously loved the experience, can't recommend them enough.”

We came in on Wednesday and have new carpet the following Friday - 9 days later (what we selected was in stock, that won't always be possible). Our interactions with the sales, service, and installation team members were all fantastic. We'll be coming back for any flooring needs.”

“The All Surface team went above and beyond to meet our needs, from the manager to the owner to the installation crews. We did hardwood and carpet, and both installation teams were extremely professional, pleasant and efficient. Scheduling was easy and they showed up right on time! There was a hiccup with my flooring order that was NOT the fault of All Surface - but they still bent over backwards to fix it, and were kind, patient and helpful while we worked together to resolve it. I also like that they have their own installation crews. The workers were happy to be there and, based on what they told me, are treated really well by All Surface. This is the fourth time I’ve used All Surface, and they’ve always been wonderful - I highly recommend!”
