“All Surface did 2 jobs for us recently and 1 other a couple of years back. All 3 jobs were great. The most recent was kitchen backsplash in a herringbone pattern. Cody did a great job for us helping to select the tile, grout color and pattern. He has been there for all 3 of the jobs and was great to work with. Alex did the install on this most recent job and was great. He communicated well with us and did a great job. Thanks to everyone.”

“Writing reviews is not my usual practice. However, when you have a wonderful experience why not give a shout-out to those who made it great. We were unfortunately flooded in the catastrophe rain in July 2022. We lost our entire finished lower level and had to start from scratch rebuilding it. After a few bad vibes from shopping the big box stores we entered All Surface Flooring on Manchester Road. From the moment we stepped into the new beautiful showroom we were greeted by Zach. Immediately we knew we wanted to spend our money on flooring with them!! Loaded with a million questions about Luxury Vinyl vs porcelain tile Zach explain it all. He was patient kind and extremely knowledgeable about all the options. So we brought home samples and decided to use them! We had Bruce come out and measure and offer other suggestions. Knowing we could flood again we needed floors that could withstand water if it happened again. Bruce was so helpful and patient because our basement was a mess! Covered in plastic, dust everywhere and just a shell of its original life. Bruce thought of everything. I brought several samples home and too many visits making the decision of what to do. After all it was chance to have exactly what I dreamed of!! Fast forward 3 months to being ready for installation.. WOW what an amazing team of skilled workers. Store owner Roy was first on the scene to survey the job and make sure they had everything they needed to complete the job. Colin, Wilson, Tony showed up ready to work!!! They scraped old glue, moved our stuff at least 4 times and turned our mess into the most beautiful environment. Next was the team of Brian & Dale who replaced all the baseboards and trim around 5 doors. The entire team of professionals were courteous and respectful of our property. They cleaned up their minimal mess and left our home in better condition than when they arrived. All Surface Flooring is family owned and has been in business since the 80’s. Most employees have been with them for many years… which speaks volumes and that is why we were confident in choosing them for our job. We are not being paid or receiving any discount for this review. This is a review I am writing simply based and on our incredible experience! We were honestly so impressed by every stage of this project. Today is actually day 90 since the flood and we feel so much better having our home back together! Thank you Team All Surface Flooring! We love the results!!”

“My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done to replace our flooring by All Surface Flooring. Caleb, Cole and Kevin arrived on time each day. They were friendly, very professional, conscientious, and kept us up to date on any challenges. We had just had our walls painted and with replacing baseboards and moving furniture, they didn't put a single mark on the walls. They were very careful in moving the furniture and put sliders on the bottom of each piece so it would be easier for us to move in the future. They did a great job cleaning up the end of each day. We would recommend them to anyone!”

“We have been working the last couple of months with Cody and Bruce choosing LVF for our bathroom and carpeting for our MB, hall and stairs. Patrick, Tony, and Blake did an exceptional job installing a carpet that has pattern! The patience and measuring multiple times to match the pattern was impressive. Patrick is an artist at what he does! All the guys were respectful and considerate during the install. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our projects including new install of baseboards which was a bonus that they could do it all. “I had my carpet replaced by All Surface Flooring upon a recommendation from Cardinal Carpet who is someone I trust. Everyone was friendly and got my job on the books faster than I thought it would be! I was even more pleased with my installers! They worked so hard and were very curtious wanting to make sure I was happy with the job when completed. They did such a great job making sure everything was put back into place and all carpet pieces picked up before they left. I highly recommend All Surface Flooring.
