“Enjoyed the first phone call, was told I would hear back the next day. Had to call back and start over, finally got someone to the house and got a quote. Was ask to make a deposit and did. Once again was told I would get a call next day to set up date to do work. I had to call back a couple days later and set up date. Had problems on install day, installer told me he was going to office and work on problem. Three days went by and no one at story had heard from installer. Ask for my deposit back, was told I had to wait until Friday when checks are written, called on Friday asking about check, was told they mailed it on written on Tuesday and mailed.”

“I looked and looked and took many samples home. Finally, I thought we'd found the perfect flooring, just to find out that once the kitchen cabinets were installed, it wasn't going to work. So, I went back to the store and started again. Dawn was amazing! She was so patient with me, helped me with the pros and cons of different materials and brands, and helped me find three samples I loved. I brought it home and my husband, our designer, and I all agreed with Dawn's pick! When it came time to install, I was blessed to get Rod as my installer. He is a true craftsman and really takes a lot of pride in his work. He and his crew did a fantastic job. The floors look beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience at All About Flooring was fantastic. I couldn't be happier! If you're looking for a great company to work with, your search is over. Hands down, this was a great experience.”
