“I went in for a two remnants. Dawn treated me as if I were carpeting an entire large home. The gentlemen who delivered my rugs were helpful and patient. From picking out my rugs to delivery, I was thankful for the time and consideration I was given. A bonus, in my eyes, was finding out that All About Flooring is a locally-owned company.”

“All About Flooring was wonderful to work with. There are plenty of flooring samples available to compare, in a clean and organized store. Dawn took plenty of time to educate us on the different types of flooring and we ultimately chose a carpet that we love. The carpet installers were efficient and did a great job too. Everyone we interacted with during the whole process was friendly, professional, and personable. We have been back to purchase laminate flooring and will be back again when we're ready to redo our next area. Thank you All About Flooring! :-)”

“We wanted to replace the carpet in 3 bedrooms and hallway with hardwood to match the current hardwood in the rest of the house. Norman helped us look at hardwood samples to find a match for the piece of current floor that we brought to the store. We found a great match with a Bruce product, and decided to use a less expensive Mohawk product on the rooms upstairs that did not have to match perfectly. On the scheduled day of installation, Juan opened the Bruce box and found that the flooring pieces did not match our floor —not even close. I believe it was Kevin that brought the Bruce sample board out to the house and confirmed that the box was the correct product codes, but did not match the sample board. He said that if we reordered the Bruce product we would get the same color so that was not an option. We decided to use the Mohawk on all the rooms since the color match was good. The only difference is in the finish. It is not as shiny as our current floor, but it’s ok. That day they installed the Mohawk in the upstairs rooms and took back the Bruce. We had to wait another week to get the additional Mohawk. This made for a long process to finish the project, yet it was not the fault of the store employees. Bruce did not make the flooring to match their sample. There were several times during this whole process that we were told we would get a phone call “ this afternoon” or “tomorrow “, but we didn’t. I called the store the next day on those occasions. The install crew, led by Juan, were so helpful and did a good professional job. They moved all the furniture in the rooms, put it back where it belonged after the install, disposed of all the trash, and swept up the sawdust. Good job. Good people.”
