“I saw a carpet I fell in love with on a designers Instagram (Whitney Mcgregor) and reached out to her. She told me to call Randy at All About Flooring. I did and the whole experience was very rewarding! Between Randy getting my drawings and communicating the process to Rob scheduling my delivery, they were both very efficient and professional. Unfortunately, our house took some extra time to finish and had to reschedule a few times. Mauricio and Edwin got here to install and it took quite some time to get all factors together, they stayed until the job was complete and looks fabulous! They also were very professional And polite. Cannot say enough good about All About Flooring!”

“All About Flooring just completed the work in which they replaced all of the floors in our home over a period of several months. Because of the supply issues, the original wood that we ordered had to be changed, and the project became more and more complicated. From the very beginning, Carol was so professional, and to the end, she worked diligently to work out all of the details of spreading the job out, with some of it being done months ago, and some just this past week. When we finally had to make a change in our wood order, she went above and beyond to help us make a choice that was right for us. We had LVP, tile, and hardwood installed, and all of the installers did a wonderful job. We were especially pleased with the hardwood installers, who worked under difficult circumstances, but were so easy to be around, and also did an excellent job cleaning up every day. They were prompt and reliable. We have beautiful wood floors upstairs, and a gorgeous quality staircase that we are very proud of. We highly recommend All About Flooring. They demonstrated time and time again their integrity and professionalism.”

“We had a very complex flooring project that involved replacing ceramic tile in our kitchen with hardwood floors plus sanding then refinishing the hardwood floors in the rest of our house that were very badly scratched and tarnished. All About Flooring delivered excellent results during the whole process from planning, selection and execution. Our next flooring project is to replace the carpets in our bedrooms. “I can’t say enough good things about my experience at All About Flooring. I moved to Greenville from out of state and the place we are renting has laminate flooring. Before I could put down my area rug I needed to find a rug pad that is safe to use with laminate. Google was a little help, but there was no definitive answer and the products I did find were quite expensive. I had already stopped at two other flooring stores in the area looking for advice on what to use and they were not helpful at all. One tried, but was more interested in selling me what they had and didn’t seem to really be listening to (or understanding) my concerns about using the wrong type of pad on the floor that could ruin it over time. The other appeared to be totally disinterested in helping me, almost like I was bothering them. I had all but given up on getting any assistance from someone who should know what they are talking about. One day I was visiting a store in the same shopping center as All About Flooring, I had to convince myself to give it one more try and I am so glad I did. I was immediately greeted by Sandy, she listened to my concerns, understood not only what I needed but also my not wanting to spend a lot since it is for a place I do not own. She went out of her way to help and spent as much time with me as I needed. She took me to the suite next door and between her and the young man at the desk (I’m sorry, I neglected to get his name) we determined the padding I needed. The young mad cut it to size and told me that if I had remembered the measurements wrong to just bring it back and he would trim it. The service was outstanding and the price was right. All About Flooring has earned my loyalty, so when we find a home to buy they will be the only stop for our flooring needs.”
