Did our homework, so knew what to look for. The national companies were fancy with their lasers and computers onsite. Alan's Flooring was competitively priced, and it's important to note that their product was of much higher quality. Also liked that their floor samples were bigger, giving us a better idea of how the flooring will look in our home. A big plus for us was that they were locally owned, and that the installers were not contractors, but part of the family that owns the store! A rare find. The installation was flawless, and two weeks later we have not found anything that we are not completely satisfied with. The installation crew also had great carpentry skills, which we appreciated because we had some issues under our flooring and didn't need to halt the job to bring in someone else to do the repair. Would definitely use Alan's Flooring again for our future flooring needs.”
