“Alan’s Flooring was awesome!! From the initial visit where my rooms were measured to the end when the install crew was leaving, every detail was taken care of for me. The process was clearly explained and that was exactly what happened. I chose Stanton products which are beautiful!!! The install crew was able to recarpet 7 bedrooms and a stair case and then install LVP in 400 sq feet of basement in a day and 1/2. The crew was polite, very nice, professional and FAST!!! I really could not be happier and would recommend Alan’s to everyone!!!”

“Their showroom was impressive...any type of flooring...they do it! Prices are more competitive than the home improvement stores and their service...outstanding! Gabby listened to my needs, assisted me with my selection and explained to me different options available. Never any pressure, very professional and customer focused. They treated me like their #1 customer even though their phones were constantly ringing and the foot traffic into their showroom was nonstop. They provided me a quote right away and were upfront with their costs. They checked the stock and gave me an accurate estimate for earliest date of installation. They penned me in for the date I wanted. The installer, Victor, showed promptly, surveyed the worksite and got to work right away. They worked fast and professionally, they were done within couple of hours and not a spec of dust left behind! Jesus followed up promptly with me after the installation and ensured everything was to my expectations! They far surpassed my expectations, their prompt follow-ups and customer service are benchmark, they make you feel special! I will only go to them for all my flooring needs!”

“Just purchased this Dream Weaver - Malibu 3740 carpet from them and installation. It's going to look good and give a nice contrast with the wall colors. On 1-16-21 Their crew installed the new carpet and it looks great. They do good work and we're really happy with the price and installation.”
