“I chose Alan's flooring because they had the best prices of 3 different companies in the area and the best reviews and they did not disappoint. I already knew which carpet I wanted and they were able to quote me accurately over email. They came out and actually came up with less square footage than the other companies, which means they were trying to overcharge. We had issues with the carpet padding that was used. In Alan's defense, its a well known padding company that they go with and we were just unlucky to receive one that was defective. There were hard lumps throughout my new carpet. Alan's worked with me to resolve this issue and ultimately paid extra out of their pocket to get me the carpet padding that they knew without a doubt would not have these problems. They sent out their employees to completely overhaul my carpet and install the new carpet padding. My carpets are amazing now and I wish every company was as easy to work with and dependable as Alan's. Don't hesitate to use them as opposed to other companies in the area.”

“We did over 1800 sq ft of floors with with this company in 2016. I refer to them all the time. I was passing out their number again today and was checking their recent reviews. I noticed that the BBB did not have a review so I wanted to add the one we did 4 years ago as we still feel the same way. Alan's flooring is a company you can rely on and trust! They followed up, they were great about finding us something in our price range that was not as easy task. They made appointments and kept their appointments, plus they were all very nice. When the flooring was installed it was better than we expected and we had high hopes. The installation team were Trojans. They worked from 9:30 ish till 8pm. These guys were amazing craftsmen, careful, plus moved all our furniture without damaging anything which was also another win in my book. This company truly believes in customer service. We had a difficult time remodeling our kitchen so our trust level was very low. Alan's flooring came through with shining colors in our minds. This is a family business (father, sons, brothers) and they all care about a job well done. They replaced 1800 Sq ft of carpet with hardwood hickory on a slab. They paid attention to detail at every corner and entry, the glue they used was as non toxic "as they could fine" so the house did not have any strong odors. It was great. I seriously can't say enough about this family business. We will always try to buy all our future flooring from Alan's flooring. “Met with the owner's son, Jesus, to discuss options for laminated flooring. Comfortable to speak with and he had better options at a better price than I was previously quoted. Bonus! The process has only begun, but it was refreshing to have spoken with a knowledgeable gentleman that took the time to offer options and not just sell me a bill of goods.”
